I am playing Q3 about 4-5 month.

actually you have to get xfire account (www.xfire.com) because it is in need to scrim and easier to get SS!Moreover it help you in game!

And By the way... make sure u have full version q3 so its easier... and heres another ss of him vs me doing a 1v1:

was a dm7 on demo version?Smile you have to download latest noghost version too... its 155 now.

3.Now find the below sentence
Latest Client Beta Build: Build 155 (April 4, 2009)
4. Click That
5.downloading is started..
6.after download finish..
7.copy zip which u downloaded
8.Now goto the quake3.
10.open the quake3 folder and Find the baseq3 folder.
11.Open that baseq3 folder..Now paste that zip file
12.Extract the zip filein samw baseq3 folder
13.Now go and play quake...
14.Then Type this commands in console when playing
/cg_enemymodel tankjr/pm
/cg_enemycolor 2222
15./vid_restart or close the quake and open it again
Thats all this is No ghost procedure
